Mangaluru: Though Home Minister of country, Rajnath Singh recently informed that there were no official reports of love jihad, Sadhwi Balika Saraswathi Mishra of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday said love jihad was rampant in the nation apart from 25 other forms of jihad, allegedly practiced by Muslims to achieve Islam hegemony in India.
Sadhwi, who is in the city to deliver key note speech at the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Hindu Samajotsava (convention), spoke exclusively to NewsKarnataka.com.
‘Love Jihad’
“I urge Hindu girls to stay away from Muslims. If anyone approaches, see that you throw stones at them.” Sadhwi said and added Hindu girls are allegedly converted after marriage to increase Muslim population in India. In addition to it, the converted Hindu women are treated as delivery machines and are forced to conceive as many as 10-15 children. The Islam community makes all those women and children fundamentalists, she alleged.
Saraswathi conveyed that jihad is a pertinent issue and rampant in the country. “The young Muslims are trained to entice Hindu girls to absolve them into the fold of Islam.” Besides, she said there are as many as 25 forms of jihad including love, land and political jihad. It is practiced by Muslims to achieve Islam hegemony in Hindu nation. Meanwhile, she advised the Hindu community ‘to wage war to save our religion, our nation and our women’.
Caste System
When asked about caste system, a prime drawback among the followers of Hinduism, she claimed caste was made by God to balance the society and there was no wrong in it. When these reporters quoted Geeta – “Chaturvrana maya sristhtam gunadharma vibhagasah” and asked whether caste was determined by birth or by work and attitude, she expressed, according to Geeta, caste was determined by work and attitude.
She specifically said, “Sometimes, Shudhra (lower strata according to Hinduism) possess characters of a Brahmin and vice-versa. At the same time, there are Brahmins, who are alcoholics, which is a Shudhra character. Similarly, a Shudhra too possess good qualities and this is the reality”, she expressed.
Besides, she opined that few in the Hindu society misinterpreted Geeta. This misinterpretation was due to lack of reading, since Hindus do not stringently insist to read Geeta.
Inter-caste marriages
Although, Sadhvi did not specifically express her opposition to the inter-caste marriages in Hinduism, she said caste system should prevail, since it was drawn in the bygone days. However, she was reluctant to accept inter-faith marriages in the country.
When asked about Ghar Wapsi, she appreciated the works of VHP, an offshoot of RSS. “It’s a good work. Ghar Wapsi will facilitate to establish Hindu Rastra. But, if the government and media is against it, let there be an anti-conversion law, she said. Besides, she also hoped that Ram Mandir will be constructed soon.
