Bangkok: Thousands of protestors demanding for a reform of the monarchy were fired with a water cannon on Sunday.
Protestors demanding reform of the monarchy King Maha Vajiralongkorn were marching to the royal office when the Thai police fired with a water cannon on them.
Thai police intercepted the protestors by using a barricade of buses and barbed wire on their route to the Royal Household Bureau. The march started from Democracy Monument.
Though the police fired water cannons at the protestors, some managed to escape to the area popularly called as Sanam Luang, next to the Grand Palace.
