Lahore: A mysterious black ring was seen in the skies above Pakistan’s capital city, Lahore, sparking theories of an ‘alien invasion’ across the world.
A Twitter handle named ‘Blue on Blue’ uploaded a video of the mysterious phenomenon with the caption “They are here. #Lahore #Aliens”

The video, which has gone viral on social media, has received a mammoth response from netizens. While some theorized that it was an ‘alien invasion’, some others said that it was an ‘evil cloud’. As usual, several others passed sarcastic comments and joked about the incident.
As per a report by NBC from 2015, similar scenes were observed in the skies of northern Kazakhstan. It was understood that the black ring was a result of a pyrotechnic test that took place at the nearby Warwick Castle.
Experts say that there was nothing unusual in this as it has appeared several times before in various locations around the globe.
