Colombo: The dead bodies of the five out of six persons who died in the Colombo blast may not be reaching Bengaluru as fast as expected, say sources.
However, the dead body of one of the deceased identified as Nagaraj Reddy may reach Bengaluru on Tuesday evening by 6.45 pm.
A delegation from the state is in Sri Lanka and the officials are busy identifying the dead bodies. Once the identification process is through, the bodies will be sent for post mortem.
Since the legal procedure to send the body back home to Bengaluru has not yet started, the possibilities of the dead bodies reaching Bengaluru faster is vague. The dead bodies are now in a mortuary in Sri Lanka, said sources.
