New Delhi : The Delhi police have booked spiritual leader Asaram Bapu on August 21, Wednesday on the charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl.
A minor girl is learnt to have submitted a written complaint against the spiritual guru at the Kamala Market Police Station on August 20, Tuesday.
The Delhi police said though a case has been registered, the case will be shifted to Rajasthan as the complainant has said that the incident took place in that state.
Asaram Bapu was earlier in the news when he and two others were booked in a murder attempt case. He is also facing charges of land grab in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
The so called spiritual guru also hit headlines for wrong reasons after the Delhi gang rape case by stating that the victim could have averted a rape had she called the attackers as her brothers.
