Udupi: Udupi district witnessed 182 new corona positive cases and one death.
The district’s tally stands at 4,674 at present, while total COVID fatality stands at 35.
The one fatality that occured on Sunday was that of a 54-year-old female from Yellur in Udupi. One positive case has been transferred to Dakshina Kannada.
As many as 50 people were discharged on Sunday and 1,267 persons are currently under home quarantine.
The 182 tested positive on Sunday include 107 males and 75 females. Among them, 75 from Udupi, 55 from Kundapur, and 51 from Karkala.
