Manipal: The Manipal Police have booked 6 cases against the students of a local institution on September 13 in illegal drugs related cases.
A Malaysian national who is an intern in Physiotherapy and 5 other students were arrested by the Manipal Police.
District Superintendent of Police Dr. Sanjeev Patil has initiated the crackdown on the drug menace in the district. Investigations will be continued to find the source of the drugs and the peddlers around Manipal jurisdiction.
