Manipal: The out-patient departments of the Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, Dr. T M A Pai Hospital, Udupi and Dr. T M A Pai Rotary Hospital, Karkala will not function from Thursday, November 16 onwards.
This is to express solidarity with the Indian Medical Association’s call to protest against the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments (Amendment) Bill, 2017.
In a press release, Dr. (Col) Dayananda, Medical Superintendent and COO, while regretting the inconvenience caused to patients, said that only emergency services in these hospitals would remain unaffected.
