BJP city block recommends removal of members for ‘anti-party activities’

Udupi: Prabhakar Poojary, BJP Udupi City Block President has written a letter to Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, District BJP President, recommending that he expel some of the members who have been involved in ‘anti-party activities’.

Prabhakar Poojary informed that he has recommended the expulsion of these persons from the party with immediate effect based on the requests of the respective ward committees.

The people he mentioned in his letter are Geetha Ravi Sheth, for contesting the city municipal election against the party’s official candidate from the Volakadu ward, Ranjith Salian, BJP state executive member, for campaigning against the party candidate in the Vadabhandeshwara ward, Suresh Nayak Kelarkalabettu Tenkanidiyoor, Gram Panchayat member, and Bhojaraja Shetty Laxminagara, Tendanidiyoor Gram Panchayat member, for casting their votes against the party candidates in the election to the posts of President and Vice President of the Tenkanidiyoor Grama Panchayat.
