Tumkur: Gali Janardhana Reddy is all hopeful that the Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP) will definitely come to power in the state and B S Yeddyurappa will be the next chief minister.
He spoke to media persons after taking blessings from Dr. Shivakumara Swamiji of Siddaganga Mutt here on Wednesday. “I am ready to perform the responsibility assigned to me by the party. I will campaign for the party candidates in Bellary and Chitradurga districts. Especially, I will give more stress to the campaign for my dearest friend Shri Ramulu,” he added.
“On the occasion of Basava Jayanthi, I came here to get blessings from the ‘Walking God’, who is following the words and values of Basavanna, Shri Shivakumara Swamiji. I will start the campaign for the party from today itself,” Reddy said.
