Tumakuru: Dancer cum orchestra singer identified as Kumar, whose Tik Tok video of a back flip going awry went viral, succumbed to his spiral injury.
The video that was uploaded on June 15 shows Kumar attempting a back flip, but instead on landing on his feet, he lands on his head, badly injuring his head and breaking his spine.
After this tragic incident, Kumar, a resident of Godekere village of Chikkanayakanahalli town breathed his last, here on Sunday, June 23, at the Victoria Hospital of Bengaluru.
Due to the impact of the landing, he had broken his spine completely and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. The doctors had lost hopes of him recovering.
