Sagar: A man lost his life in a bid to flee the scene after his Omni van accidentally collided with a bike. The incident took place at Balasagodu village in Sagar taluk, on Monday, April 15.
The van driver who was a resident of Anandapura village in Sagar, accidentally collided with a bike on which two men were riding. Panicked by the incident, he, in an attempt to escape, sped up and ended up ramming into a wall on the roadside of the road, dying on the spot.
The two men who were on the bike sustained minor injuries and are undergoing treatment in Sagar Sub-division Hospital.
