Shivamogga: According to reports, a State Bank of India (SBI) branch manager committed suicide.
The deceased is identified as Anil Kumar (35), the branch manager of SBI’s Jog Falls branch.
The reason for his suicide is still unclear. Some suspect it to be family issues and some others, work pressure.
It is known that Anil was on leave for two days and today, he had opened the doors of the bank and left for his house.
Anil is said to have asked his wife to go out of the house for a moment and committed suicide while she was away.
A case has been filed in the Jog Falls Police Station and an investigation is underway.
