Shivamogga: Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister K S Eshwarappa, who once dared the novel coronavirus to touch him, tested positive for Covid-19.
As he is symptomatic, he has been rushed to a private hospital in Shivamogga.
Eshwarappa once stated that he is like a demon and challenged corona to touch him. Ironically, he has now been infected by Covid-19.
His family members have been isolated as they are his primary contacts.
