Speaking on the occasion he said, “Multi village Drinking water facility project should be given first preference, the project is under development from past many years and people have been suffering it is not yet complete.”
“Since seven years the project has been under progress. The main problem is with constructing a water tank and there has been no coordination between the parties involved, ” he said adding that attention will be now paid towards completing the project.
The government has already approved Rs.5500 crore to complete all such projects across the state, now the officials must do there best to complete these project at the earliest, he ordered.
“Whatever project maybe it must be coordinated with the elected body before executing” said MLA KS Eshwarappa speaking on the same occasion.
Deputy collector K Dayanada discussed how heavy rains have affected agriculture production in the district.
