Shivamogga: “If anyone wants to be in the Congress party, then they must support the Congress and Janata Dal (S) coalition candidates and participate in the rally with unity, or else find their own ways”, warned the State Water Resource Minister D K Shivakumar, here on Saturday, March 30.

He said, “The helicopter in which the Bharatiya Janata Party State President B S Yeddyurrappa and former chief minister and BJP leader S M Krishna were supposed to travel had faced technical issues. They both were supposed to travel to the district, to partake in the BSY’s son B Y Raghavendra’s nomination submission. But my helicopter had no issues at all. This shows that the time is not alright for the BJP”

“We are confident that we will win the Shivamogga Lok Sabha seat and that people will bring about a change in the administration”, he added.

He opined that the coalition candidate Madhu Bangarappa would win, undoubtedly and that he would go to any district for campaigning, as per the demands of the party.
