Shivamogga: KPCC President DK Shivakumar has been given a notice for making a remark against Lawyer Praveen Kumar who had filed a case against Sonia Gandhi. The remark was made by Shivakumar at Mahapanchayet at science maidan without naming Praveen.
Lawyer Praveen Kumar has issued a notice through his lawyer, demanding that DK Shivakumar apologize within a week or face a defamation case.
Praveen has decided to take legal action. He through his lawyers Yogendra H and Narendra from Bengaluru has forged a notice to DK Shivamakumar on March 26.
He said that if there is no apology from DK Shivakumar, he might take a defamation case.
