COVID cases rise, Rules tightened in Shivamogga

Shivamogga: Shops and other commercial setups will be allowed to function from 10 am to 6 pm in Shivamogga for a period of one week, informed Minister for Rural Development KS Eshwarappa.

The new pattern will be in place for a week will start from today, Saturday, July 4 and for this week guidelines will be followed strictly. Anybody who ventures out without a mask between 10 am and 6 pm will be slammed with a fine of Rs 200.

The Minister said that the rules will be followed strictly as the cases of corona are spiking.
