Shivamogga: A recently married couple committed suicide by hanging in Shivamogga’s Bhadravathi taluk. It is suspected that they were depressed.
The deceased are Santosh (32) and Parvathi (27). They had gotten married only a year ago.
As per reports, the couple committed suicide on Sunday, October 13 evening. They had hanged themselves with a saree.
The couple reportedly committed suicide after sending their family members away for the Bhoomi Hunnime festival puja.
A case has been filed at the Holehonnur station.
