It looks like the makers of Yash starrer “KGF” have decided to take the film across India. The film will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
Initially, it was speculated that the Hindi dubbed version would be released in only a few screens and would then be telecasted on Youtube and TV to generate revenue as this is a norm with almost all Southern Hindi dubbed films. However, it looks like the makers of “KGF” have other plans fore the film.
Recently, Yash was spotted in Mumbai in a meeting with renowned Bollywood distributor, Anil Thadani, along with the KGF team, producer Vijay Kiragandur, director Prashant Neel and executive producer Karthik Gowda. This has given rise to a lot of speculation.
After the meeting, Karthik’s tweeted: “At Mumbai Yesterday. Something brewing. (sic)” Sharing photographs captured by photojournalist Viral Bhayani, he added, “Kannada superstar #yash snapped with distributor and producer #anilthadani @viralbhayani. (sic)”
Anil Thadani is one of the popular distributors in Bollywood and has distributed many successful Hindi films. He is also known to be a close aide of popular Bollywood producer Karan Johar. He has also distributed the box office record-breaking “Baahubali” series in India.
