Priya Prakash Varrier, who shot to fame because of her ‘wink’, is all set to star in a Kannada film. The “Oru Adaar Love” fame actress will be part of Raghu Kovi’s debut project. The film is being produced by B S Sudhindra.
Priya will be paired opposite Suraj Kumar, who is also making his debut with this yet-to-be-titled film. The director met the actress at her home in Thrissur in May, where she showed interest in the project.
An official confirmation will be made at the grand muhurtham, which is scheduled for August 9 on Varamahalakshmi. The production house plans to invite a couple of top celebrities from Sandalwood to attend this event.
The film’s team has roped in Arjun Janya as the music composer and Satya Hegde as the cinematographer. The shooting is likely to start somewhere in August.
