Vasishta N Simha is all set for a new film that is based on the underworld stories of Karavali. Titled ‘Manjarun’, the movie is being helmed by Vinay Preetam, who had earlier directed ‘Madamakki’.
The film is based on real-life characters. Rohan Shetty is producing the film. The film is inspired by the tale of an underworld don with international connections, whose sensational murder in the 90s is still spoken about by many.
The film will be shot in Mangaluru, Udupi, Kundapur, Karwar and Dubai. Vasishta is currently shooting for Puneeth Rajkumar starrer ‘Yuvarathna’. He will also be seen in ‘KGF 2’.
