Sandalwood has been a stepping stone for many Kannada TV serial actresses. Popular actresses like Radhika Pandit, Rachita Ram and Mayuri are all from the small screen. Now, another actress will be joining the list. Sangeetha, who shot to fame with serial “Hara Hara Mahadeva”, will be playing the female lead in Rakshit Shetty starrer “777 Charlie”.
She was selected from about 2700 youngsters. The director, Kiranraj K wanted a new face for the film. Sangeetha will not be having a conventional debut wherein she will be seen in songs and romancing the hero but, will be having a power packed role in the film.
The film is being produced by Rakshit Shetty and presented by Pushkar Films. The film is about the bonding between a dog and a human. It is scheduled to be released in February 2019.
