Prem’s “The Villain” has finally got an official release date. The film is set to release in three languages – Kannada, Tamil and Telugu – on October 18.
Dubbing for the Tamil and Telugu versions is currently underway and will be ready in time. The film was originally set to be released during the Varamahakshmi festival, but the makers pushed it till Dasara.
The film, which stars Shivrajkumar, Sudeep and Amy Jackson, will open bookings much ahead of the release date. Bookings will open on October 2 on Gandhi Jayanti. The film is set to be released in as many theatres as possible in the state.
The film, produced by CR Manohar under Tanvi Productions, also features Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty, Telugu actor Srikanth and Ravi Shankar. The music is by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Gire.
