Suri’s latest directorial “Tagaru” is seeing phenomenal success in Karnataka and abroad. He was expected to work on “Kaage Bangara”, a prequel of “Kenda Sampige.” But now it has been officially announced that the film has been dropped.
After much thought, the director dropped the project completely and even tendered his apology for this to all his fans. Not having a powerful plot for the film seems to be the reason for this move. As there were lots of expectations from the film, the director does not want to disappoint his fans. Therefore he thought it is best to drop the project.
Meanwhile, he has decided to work on two films. The first will be produced by Govindu who worked with him on “Kendasampige” and the second will be “Dodmane Huduga.” He is also working on a full on comedy film, which will be his first. He is planning to cast Daali Dhananjaya in the film.
