Sriimurali has confirmed that a sequel to his successful outing “Ugramm” is definitely on the cards and will go on floors very soon.
It can be recalled that the 2014 release “Ugramm” was directed by Prashanth Neel and starred Sriimurali.
Upon its release, the film got rave reviews and even became a cult film. It was a major hit and is considered to be one of the best films to ever come out of Sandalwood. Sriimurali, who was reeling from flops till this film, made a great comeback and now there is no looking back.
According to reports, the sequel will be titled “Ugramm Veeram” and will go on floors only after Prashant Neel finishes “KGF 2” and a Telugu film, to which he has already made a commitment.
Meanwhile, Sriimurali’s latest film, “Bharaate” has released to mixed responses, Although it has done decently at the box office so far, it looks like there will be a downfall in collections in the coming weeks due to the mixed reviews.
