Hemanth S is a well known playback singer. He has sung many popular songs during his two-decade career, starting from the title track of Upendra and Shivrajkumar starrer “Preethse”. The song was a chartbuster and gave Sandalwood a new voice. Now, eighteen years after “Preethse”, Hemanth has turned music composer with the film “Karshanam”.
The album of the film was released earlier this week by Producer Rockline Venkatesh. Coincidentally, Venkatesh was the producer of “Preethse”. There are four songs in the film and Hemanth has sung all of them. The other singers that can be heard with him are Anuradha Bhat and Shashank Seshagiri. V Nagendra Prasad and Manu have penned the lyrics.
The film, starring Dhananjay Atre and Anushka Rai, revolves around the relationship between a father and son.
