Shraddha Srinath who debuted with “U-Turn” this year, has signed yet another film. She will play the lead in the Kannada remake of the hit Telugu romcom “Pelli Choopulu”, in which she will romance Gurunandan. The Kannada version hasn’t been titled as yet and will be directed by choreographer-turned-director Murali.
The Telugu version was a big hit and is still running successfully at the box office. Shraddha is on a roll these days. She is also busy with Tamil films. She will be next seen in “Urvi”.
Gurunandan who made his grand debut with “First Rank Raju” last year is waiting for his second film “Smile Please” to release. The remaining cast and crew for the remake will be announced soon.
