The shoot for Yogaraj Bhat’s “Galipata 2” will commence in Kudremukh from the first week of August. The movie, which features Sharan, Rishi, “Lucia” fame Pawan Kumar, will also star Sharmila Mandre, Sonal Manthero, and Aditi Prabhudeva in the lead. Reportedly, the film will also feature a foreign actress.
From Kudremukh, the team will move on to Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, London, and Malaysia.
It can be recalled that “Galipata”, which starred Ganesh, Diganth and Rajesh Krishnan, was a big success in Sandalwood when it was released in 2008.
This film, which is of the romance genre, is also purported to be a travel journey. This will be Sharan’s first tryst with the romance genre.
Popular score composer Arjun Janya has reportedly wrapped up his work for the sequel that has lyrics written by Jayant Kaikini and Yogaraj Bhat.
