Sharan, who is in desperate need of a hit film, is back to the big screen with “Rambo 2”, the sequel to his debut film as hero “Rambo.” “Rambo 2”, which is directed by Anil Kumar, is now complete and is all set for release in the month of February.
The film is being produced by Sharan and Atlanta Nagendra, under the Laddoo Films banner. The film is also being co-produced by music director Arjun Janya, cinematographer Sudhakar Raj and editor K M Prakash. None of them has taken remuneration and thus, the budget of the film has been decreased.
The film stars Sharan, Ashika, Chikkanna and others in prominent roles. “Rambo” is a 2012 Kannada comedy film written and directed by M S Sreenath. The film was Sharan’s 100th film as an actor and his first as a lead actor. The film was a huge hit at the box office and gave another safe hero to Sandalwood in the form of Sharan.
