'Chambal' is all set to release this Friday and it's lead actor Sathish Ninasam is very confident of the project. Commenting on this, Sathish said, "I am very confident of the film from day one. I am very happy that whatever was presented on paper has been executed well by our director Jacob Verghese. Playing an IAS officer in such a serious film has been difficult for me. But Jacob helped me a lot".
"Films like these are hardly made nowadays. I do not think that I can be part of a film like this in future. We can make films like Lucia 2 or Ayogya 2, but sequel of 'Chambal' cannot be made at all. Telling the story of an IAS officer requires to be handled with sensitivity, and Jacob has been successful in that," he added.
When asked if film is based on late DK Ravi, Sathish said, "The film is based on many real life incidents and not only on DK Ravi. It is not an autobiography of DK Ravi."
