Many Mollywood heroines are known names in the Sandalwood industry. Bhavana, Bhama and Parvathi Menon are a few of the actress, who are equally popular in Mollywood as well as in Sandalwood. Now, another Malayalam actress will be making her debut in the Kannada film industry.
Reba Monica John, who debuted opposite Nivin Pauly in “Jacobinte Swargarajyam”, has been signed to play the lead heroine opposite Rishi of “Operation Alamelamma” fame.
The film also marks the debut of director Islauddin. It went on floor silently earlier this week. The as-yet-untitled film will be jointly produced by Wunderbar Film and Jacob Varghese. The film is getting hyped due to Kollywood star Dhanush producing the film.
Rishi, who came to the limelight with “Operation Alamelamma”, has completed the shoot for Hemanth M Rao’s “Kavalu Daari”. He will join the sets of this film soon. Rishi has been called “the next big thing” in Sandalwood and there are lots of expectations from him.
