Madikeri: Actress Rashmika Mandanna has extended a helping hand to flood victims of Kodagu, by donating Rs10,000 each to 31 flood victims, which included 25 victims of Somwarpet and six of Madikeri Taluk.Mandanna, of ‘Kirik’ fame, had visited her hometown, Virajpet on 29, August, where she met the flood victims who were taking shelter in Serenity Hall of Virajpet.
Rashmika Mandanna spoke to the flood victims and expressed her concern towards them. She told them that she is always with them and will help them in all the possible ways.
Madan Mandanna, Rashmika’s father assured that he too will also lend some help to the flood victims.
Kavitha, a flood VIctim shared the difficulty they faced after the flood from 15 to 17 August.
Ajjamaada Ramesh Kuttappa, President of Kodagu Press Club, Sridharan, president of Virajpet Auto Drivers Association were also present.
Rashmika’s Nobel gesture earned a lot of love from her fans and her native people.
