Nowadays, it is very difficult for a film to complete two weeks at the box office. However, “Raju Kannada Medium” is an exception. The film which was released on January 19 has completed 25 days successfully in many parts of Karnataka. Directed by Naresh Kumar, the film had a humorous take on a man’s objectives in life.
The film has received a range of responses from mixed to positive. Some fans were disappointed with the lagging second half. However, it still managed to do decent business due to brand Raju and the cameo of Kiccha Sudeepa, which brought in lots of audience in the first two weeks.
The film has got good offers for satellite rights as well. Producer K Suresh has been able to make some profits with this venture. The film has Avantika Shetty, Angelina and Ashitha as heroines.
