Radhika Pandit is all set make a comeback to Sandalwood, after more than a year. She and Nirup Bhandari are coming together for a film made under Rockline Productions. The film was launched on December 1. Priya, who has assisted director Maniratnam and helmed three Tamil projects, will make her directorial debut in Kannada with this movie.
The team will start filming on December 11. The film also has an interesting cast including Tara and Suchendara Prasad with Preetha Jayaram as the cinematographer.
Nirup Bhandari, who has been recovering from an injury he got during the shoot of an action sequence for “Rajaratha”, will be gaining a few kilos for this film. This is the first time he will be working with a director, other than his brother Anup Bhandari.
The film will be a rom com. Rashika was last seen in “Santhu Straight Forward”, which was released last October.
