There were rumours doing the rounds that Radhika Pandit’s comeback film had been shelved. The reason being that there was no news from the team about the film after the shoot started. However, now the team has come forward rubbishing all the allegations. Director V Priya, who is making her Kannada debut, says the long gap between shooting schedules was a planned move.
The yet-to-be-titled project, made under Rockline Productions, went on the floors in 2017 and is finally in the last leg of shooting. The film, which is Radhika’s first post-marriage, marks V Priya’s Kannada debut as a director, with Nirup Bhandari in lead.
Priya had assisted director Maniratnam and has directed three Tamil films. Anup Bhandari is composing music for the film.
