Pushkar Films is all set for big innings in film production. Pushkar, who produced “Godhi Banna Sadharna Maikattu” has purchased a 30 per cent stake of Karnataka theatrical rights of “Kirik Party” for Rs 4 crore. The remaining 70 per cent will remain with Paramvah Studios, owned by Rakshit Shetty.
Jayanna will be distributing the film, thus bringing the trio of Rakshit Shetty-Pushkar-Jayanna together after “Godhi Banna Sadharna Maikattu”. The film has reportedly been made with a budget of Rs 4 crores. With this deal, Rakshit Shetty is already safe.
The film, directed by Rishab Shetty, has an ensemble cast with Rakshit, Rashmika Mandanna and Samyuktha Hegde in the lead. The film will release on December 23.
