Sriimurali is all set to collaborate with his brother-in-law and filmmaker Prashanth Neel for a new film. However, Prashanth will not be directing it. The duo worked together in “Ugramm” which was a huge success. Prashanth Neel later made “KGF” with Yash which broke all records in Sandalwood and also did well in other languages.
Now, Prashanth Neel will produce a film under Sri Swarnalatha Productions along with Krishna Chaitanya. The script of the film has been written by Prashant Neel and it will be directed by Dr Suri, who had previously helmed “Lucky” starring Yash and Ramya.
Dr Suri was supposed to direct a film called “Maanja” starring Anish in the lead for the same production house. But, the film was shelved.
Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel is currently shooting for “KGF Chapter 2” starring Yash. Sriimurali will soon start shooting for “Mada Gaja” which is being directed by Mahesh Kumar and produced by Umapathy. Even for this film, the script supervision is being done by Prashanth Neel.
