Good news for all Vishnu Dada fans. The yesteryear classic “Naagarahavu” will be re-released in a grand way on July 20.
Eshwari Productions under the leadership of Veeraswamy had produced this blockbuster film in 1973. Hoping to repeat the same magic, Veerasamy’s sons V Ravichandran and Balaji are releasing the film once again.
KRF Studios is distributing the film all over Karnataka. With no big films ready for release, the makers have a great opportunity to reap benefits. The film starring Dr Vishnuvardhan and directed by Puttanna Kanagal has been now made on cinemascope 7.1.
Along with Vishnuvardhan, the film also marked the debut of Ambareesh. The film featured Aarathi, KS Ashwath and Leelavathi. Nagarahavu’s music was composed by Vijaya Bhaskar and the film’s cinematographer was Chittibabu.
