Krishi Thapanda, who became a household name as a Bigg Boss contestant from season 5, has signed a film after going through 27 scripts. The “Akira” heroine will be acting in “Rupayi” which will be directed by newcomer Vinod, who is also the hero of the film.
The upcoming project, which will go on floor in April, will see the actress playing a middle-class girl. This film also has Kriti trying out various stunts, for which she will be undergoing rehearsals for the next one week before getting on to the sets.
Krishi is waiting for the release of “Kannadakkagi Ondannu Othi”. Meanwhile, her other Bigg Boss contestants are also busy with films.
