It looks like the two talent powerhouses of Sandalwood as well as Kollywood will be joining hands for a project. According to sources, popular actor Dhanush is all set to direct Kiccha Sudeepa in his next. Dhanush, who was in Bengaluru recently met Sudeepa and narrated the story. Kiccha has reportedly given the thumbs up for the project. It is not yet known, if the film will be made only in Tamil or will have Sudeepa in the lead role or negative role.
Kiccha Sudeepa currently has many ongoing projects. His debut Hollywood project “Risen”, a science-fiction movie to be directed by Eddie Arya, will go on the floor soon. The actor will also be a part of the much talked about Telugu project, a biopic titled “Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy” in which he will be sharing screen space with Megastar Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan. In Kannada, he has to complete songs in Prem’s “The Villain.” He is also shooting for an extended cameo role in his home production “Ambi Ning Vayassaytho.” He has also given the green signal to S Krishna’s “Phailwan” and Surappa Babu’s “Kotigobba 3.”
Looking at the schedule, we do not know when will he shoot for Dhanush’s film.This yet-to-be-titled film is in the pre-production stages and will be set in the pre-Independence period. The film is Dhanush’s dream project and he does not want to compromise on the project.
