Believe it or not, celebrities across the film fraternity have their own lucky days. For example, “Bhai of Bollywood” Salman Khan releases each of his movies on auspicious Muslim festival days like Eid. Similarly, in Sandalwood, we have an actor who has won the hearts of millions across the world with his voice modulation, acting, anchoring, producing and much more- Kiccha Sudeep.
July 6 seems to be Sudeep’s lucky, as his first blockbuster movie “Huccha” was released on July 6, 2001. Although he debuted in the Sandalwood industry with “Sparsha”, “Huccha”, gave him the break he needed after which there was no turning back as his graph in the cinema industry only went higher.
It has been 18 years since the movie was released and till date, it leaves an everlasting impression on the minds of the people due to Sudeep’s exceptional acting skills, not to mention the songs like “Usire… Usire…”, that are cherished by couples in love, even today.
There is another reason why this date is lucky for Sudeep. It is on this day that he debuted in the Tollywood industry through his role as a negative character in Rajamouli’s “Eega”. This was the stepping stone for him in the industry, after which he has been receiving a lot of offers for Telugu movies. The movie also won him a “Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor – Telugu.”
