‘Padde Huli’ is making noises with it’s pre release business. The debut venture of Shreyas Manju is making waves due to it’s trailer and song. And now the film’s dubbing rights have been sold for an astronomical price.
SPM Arts from Chennai has paid Rs 2.36 crores for Hindi dubbing rights. This is the highest amount for Kannada film starring a newcomer.
Guru Deshpande has directed the film, which has been made under the banner Tejaswini Enterprises. The film also stars Ravichandran, Rakshith Shetty and Sudharani in pivotal roles.
The reason for film acquiring such a good price is said to be the trailer. With the action packed trailer getting good response, the makers were able to attract Chennai based production house. The film is scheduled to release on April 19.
