Mumbai based Raghavendra Hegde made his grand debut as producer and director with “Jaggu Dada”. The film earned him profits, even though it got average reviews. Now, he is back with a new film. A few months back, we had revealed that he was planning to approach Dhruva Sarja for his next. And it seems now he has given the green signal.
After having given back to back box office hits with “Addhuri”, “Bahadhur” and “Bharjari”, Dhruva Sarja is currently shooting for “Pogaru” directed by Nanda Kishore. Raghavendra Hegde is also investing in the film, and this will be the first project that’s likely to begin in 2019. Dhruva will kick-start the film from January next year, just after he completes his other two commitments.
Raghavendra Hegde is also busy with the small screen and is the creative head and director of Kannada serials like the “Shani” and “Mahakali”. It is being said that Dhruva’s film with Hegde is a comedy film on lines of “Jaggu Dada”.
