Darshan is known to support his politician friends during election time. Irrespective of party, he has campaigned for his friends. In the last Lok Sabha elections, he campaigned for Sumalatha Ambareesh.
Now in reel life, he is all set to be part of a film that has politics as the backdrop. Prakash is directing the film and this will be their second collaboration after “Tarak”, which did well at the box office.
The film revolves around two political families and what they do to gain power. It also focuses on how their next generation deals with it.
The film will go on floors in the summer and may release this year itself as Prakash is known for shooting his films at a rapid pace.
