No one can forget the female avatar of Sharan in “Jai Lalitha”. The film was a successful venture at the box office. Now, Sharan is all set do it once more as he will be seen dressed as a woman in the sequel to “Victory”.
Sharan, who is still basking in the success of “Raambo 2”, will have Ravi Shankar as well as Sadhu Kokila dressing up as women in important scenes of the film. Hari Santhosh has directed this comic venture. While Sharan and Sadhu Kokila have experienced this transformation before, this will be Ravi Shankar’s first attempt.
For the role, Sharan went on a diet for five months. He was off rice and dairy products and mostly lived on millets, by which he managed to lose 5 kgs. He also underwent threading and waxing.
“Victory 2” is the sequel to Sharan’s second film “Victory”. It has Asmita Sood and Apoorva as the female leads. Produced by Tarun Shivappa, the film’s music is by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Guru Prashanth Rai.
