Raichur: Dr. Nandigam Manideep (28), who completed his MBBS from KMC, Mangaluru and a resident of Sindhanur town in the Raichur district, died under mysterious circumstances in New Jersey, USA.
According to his family members, he died at the premises of the hospital where he was working.
Manideep, son of Shrinivasa and Padma, was staying with a relative in New Jersey and working at a hospital. He moved there three years ago.
“His parents approached the Sindhanur police in this regard. The office bearers of the local Telugu association are coordinating with the local authorities regarding the postmortem and will send the mortal remains to India,” said family members.
Shrinivasa is a farmer by profession and has two children, Manideep and another who is working as a software engineer.
Meanwhile, Raichur SP D Kishore Babu has informed that police will extend its support to the family in bringing the mortal remains to India.
