Raichur: As many as 12 persons including four children sustained severe injuries in a rabid dog attack at Mailaralinga layout of the city on Tuesday night.
According to the residents, the rabid dog attacked three youths, five women and four children who were walking on the road on Tuesday night.
The condition of a woman is said to be critical.
According to the Raichur City Corporation officials, all the injured have been admitted to Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) teaching hospital as inpatients.
