Mumbai: The general public was hit hard by the two-day bank strike which began on February 10, Monday as per the call given by the United Forum of Bank Union in support of various demands including pay revision.
The Banks were empty as employees protested on the streets. It was a common sight to see many members of the general public who were unaware about the strike, returning disappointed from various bank branches.
