Mangaluru: About 45 students from various colleges in and around Mangaluru are attending a programme on ‘Life Skills and Employability’ that has been jointly organized by the Mangalore University Commerce Teachers’ Association and St Aloysius Evening College at the SAC college hall on 21 July.
Dr Fr. Praveen Martis, Administrator of SAEC presided over the event and MUCTA Secretary Manoj Louis was the chief guest. SAEC Principal Dr Manohar Serrao welcomed the gathering and commerce dept head Dr Donald Lobo delivered a vote of thanks. Student representative Stacy compered the event.
The workshop is being conducted by resource persons Neenu Narayan and Latha Shenoy included sessions on preparing resume, facing interviews is expected to develop job aspirants and job providers with an emphasis on start ups.
Vice Principal Dr Ravi Shetty and Dr Basil Hans were also present on the occasion.
